Every two years, CPP is required to hold stakeholder meetings. Israel’s war crimes and genocide, and fossil fuel investments have dominated the concerns raised at the four meetings to date. Congratulations to those in Ottawa, Vancouver, Winnipeg and Saskatoon who made CPP squirm even if the answers they gave were not addressing the questions and concerns!
Meetings start in Atlantic Canada this week, with Halifax tomorrow (Monday) evening and St. John’s on Wednesday. Let’s keep the momentum going, continuing to insist that we do not want our pensions supporting war crimes and genocide.
