Following pressure from Zionist groups, St. Paul’s Bloor Street Anglican has cancelled a scheduled NDP leadership campaign event in Toronto featuring Yves Engler, Rabbi David Mivasair, University of Toronto student organizer Sara Rasikh, and former Canadian Union of Postal Workers President Mike Palecek. Disturbingly, news of the cancellation was first shared with an extremist anti-Palestinian group before being communicated to the event organizers.

Please tell St. Paul’s Bloor Street Church that it is outrageous for the Anglican leadership in Toronto to cancel a confirmed room booking just days before the event. Urge the church to reconsider this decision and reinstate the booking.
