Tonight, May 14, Ezer Mizion is hosting an event (reportedly at the Meridian Arts Centre) with Idan Amedi — an Israeli soldier who participated in the genocide in Gaza.

Idan Amedi was a reservist who volunteered to participate in Israel’s genocidal assault on Gaza. He posted photos of himself in his miliatary uniform and expressed his outright support for Israel, along with vile anti-Palestinian racism.

Further, this event is hosted by a charity “Ezer Mizion”. In 2025, we submitted a complaint to the CRA regarding Ezer Mizion hosting three current or former Israeli armed forces members who participated in the genocide in Gaza.
