made significant updates to our Legal + Tactical Guide, including a quick “Know Your Rights” guide on interactions with the police
sent over 30 press releases, both our own and on behalf of other organizations, to our list of about 3,000 media contacts
maintained a list of solidarity organization contacts of about 1,000
grew our mailing list to nearly 70K and sent out 130+ e-blasts, with an open rate of approximately 40% and click to action rate of over 80%
maintained a presence on various social media platforms including Facebook, X, YouTube, IG, BlueSky, and Telegram. We opened a LinkedIn page and nearly doubled our Instagram followers
maintained a network of 150+ lawyers and 100+ volunteers
published over 200 posts on our website, including posting our e-blasts for easier long-term access
received donations from about 500 individuals, with additional support from Palestine Just Trade, a research project for Oxfam Quebec, and an anonymous donor who provided funds for a professional outreach and communication project
worked to bolster the Palestine solidarity movement across the country by challenging efforts to threaten, harass and legally bully activists into silence and inaction in Canada, providing advocacy support to students, grassroots activists and affected communities who stand for justice in Palestine
monitored incidents of suppression to expose trends in tactics to silence Palestine activism
continued participating in various networks including Arms Embargo Now, Scotiabank / Elbit divestment, Global Sanctions Coalition, FIFA Global Network, Canadian BDS Coalition & International BDS Allies, Sanctions Kill, Palestine Advocacy Network, No IHRA Global, and others
Thank you for all the support. We will continue this work in 2026 and beyond. We are committed to this work rooted in anti-imperialism, decolonization, and the struggles of peoples oppressed by colonial systems globally, with a focus on the people of Kashmir and Palestine.
As a grassroots organization, we rely on incredible volunteers and community support to do this work.
We are fortunate to collaborate with a ton of amazing people, but at the core we’re a two person team. Your financial support will allow us to continue this work in 2026.
We have intentionally chosen not to register as a charitable organization. This means we do not provide tax receipts. There are many reasons for this decision, including a refusal to participate in the charitable industrial complex. But, the reality remains that do to the work, our small team needs support.
