On the 50th anniversary of the first ever Land Day: We recognize the historical and ongoing nature of ‘Israel’s’ settler-colonization. Across all of occupied Palestine and the occupied Syrian Golan, we see the impacts of the last century of colonization. We also see it in the escalation of ethnic cleansing in Lebanon. We also honor the longstanding resistance of the Palestinian people in defense of Palestinian land.
